This is IO, a fictional character of my own creation. Watch out for him, he is gonna be a huge hit as a Graphic Novel, a Videogame, and a Book. I am making the Graphic Novel and the videogame. This image was tiny, and these are the actual pixels. He isn’t normally pixelated.
